These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timer by Projects ("the App"), developed by LHC Technologic Solutions Ltda ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Timer by Projects is a time tracking application for macOS. You may use the App for personal or professional purposes. The App is provided free of charge.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LHC Technologic Solutions Ltda and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
